ON SUNDAY JAN. 18, 10am-6pm, AT SHEILA’S NEWBURGH OFFICE, a full-day workshop: “You Can Be HAPPY No Matter What!” This work is based on cutting-edge “happiness” psychology, as well as books by Neale Donald Walsch (”Happier Than God”) and Marci Shimoff (”Happy for No Reason”). Workshops are not seminars–this is interactive and dynamic. Participation is limited to 10 people. Tuition is $189 which includes all materials, lunch and refreshments.
